Installing Plugins, Mods, and Modpacks (Minecraft)

The panel installs add-ons for you from Modrinth and CurseForge, no manual uploads. Open the Configuration dropdown menu and click Mods.

Match your server type first

  • Paper: install plugins.
  • Fabric / Forge / NeoForge: install mods.

A Paper plugin won't load on Fabric, and a Forge mod won't load on Paper. Pick add-ons built for your server type.

Installing

  1. On the Mods page, search Modrinth or CurseForge for what you want.
  2. Click to install it, or install a full modpack in one click.
  3. Restart from the Console to load it.
Take a snapshot first. Before installing a big modpack, open Utilities → Backups and take a snapshot so you can roll back instantly if something breaks.

Server won't start after adding a mod? Remove the last one you added and Restart, or open a ticket with your Console output.
